We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Digital Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.

As a Paid Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, launching, and optimising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

You will also build and maintain account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale, stay on top of algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience working with both ecommerce and lead generation clients
  • Fluent in English — both spoken and written
  • Confidence setting up conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Events
  • Comfortable navigating Shopify and understanding how to connect and optimise ad tracking
