ServiceNow Technical Expert Job

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Lead and drive ServiceNow solutions independently.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow products with practical work experience.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and APIs.
  • Expertise in extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and implementing Scoped Applications.
  • Skilled in managing complex workflows and flows.
  • Knowledgeable about scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
  • Understanding of Service Portal designing is an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements:

  • General development experience in system integration using web services and technologies like XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
  • Ability to take role of Solution Architect and deliver projects for implementation and enhancements for customers along with Project Managers.
  • Proficient in JavaScript with understanding on ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience working with relational databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and products.
  • Ensure mentorship within the team.
  • Support junior members and check their performance.
  • Communication with Internal and External stakeholders for gathering business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator.
  • ITSM preferred or any other Implementation Specialist.
  • Working in Agile Team and Scrum Framework.
