ServiceNow Testing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow testing professional to join our team as a key member of the ServiceNow Testing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules.

About the Role
  • This role involves conducting thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and translating them into effective test cases.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing functional test cases for OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regression, integration, and system testing to validate end-to-end business processes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
  • Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, and estimation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate test results, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation testing support.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow testing.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools.
