Job Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant/Technical Lead who will be responsible for driving solutions independently and working on IT Service Management (ITSM) extensively with a strong understanding of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

">

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various ServiceNow products and implement Scoped Applications. Your experience with client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs will be crucial in extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.

">

You will also be responsible for managing flows and workflows of medium to complex nature, as well as scripted web-services including AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to other applications.

">

A strong understanding of Service Portal designing is an added advantage.

">

Candidate Requirements

">

- Strong system integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

">

- Experience in taking the role of Solution Architect and delivering projects for implementation and enhancements for customers along with Project Managers.

">

- Proficient in JavaScript with a good understanding of ServiceNow scripting.

">

- Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products and ensure mentorship within the team.

- Support junior members and check their performance.

">

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for gathering business needs.

Required Certifications and Knowledge

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

- ServiceNow ITSM preferred or any other Implementation Specialist.

- Working in Agile Team and Scrum Framework.

">

Preferred Certifications and Knowledge

- Certified Application Developer.

- ITIL Certification.

- Micro-certifications in Automated Test Framework, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Agile & Test.
