Job Description

As a senior ServiceNow technical expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions that meet their needs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Developing custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Maintaining consistency in code alignment across development, testing, and production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience working in a design and development role for a ServiceNow platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Experience in transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized technology service organization.
  • Experience with ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Services and APIs.
  • IT and security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
  • Experience developing workflows and supporting service technology teams.
  • Experience in developing solutions in JavaScript and GlideRecord.
