Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions, showcasing the platform's capabilities and value proposition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how ServiceNow can address their specific needs.
- Design and architect customized ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, customizations, and workflows, to meet client requirements.
- Develop detailed proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and technical specifications that outline the proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful implementation of solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :
- 10 years of experience in ServiceNow presales or a related technical sales role.
- Deep hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, including extensive experience with multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and present complex ServiceNow solutions to C-level executives and technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and customization capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
