Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will possess strong delivery management skills, deep technical expertise across the platform, and hold ServiceNow Architect or Master-level certifications. This role combines program governance, stakeholder management, and solution oversight to ensure successful and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.
Requirements:10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with 7+ years in ServiceNow deliveryProven experience managing end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modulesServiceNow Certified Architect or Master Architect Certification is mandatoryDeep knowledge in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRCStrong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and data strategiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modelsAbout Us:
