Job Title

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships and achieving sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Executive with expertise in Home Loans and LAP. As a key member of our field sales process, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Area/Geography Mapping
    • Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping regularly to identify new sources in allocated areas
    • Work with supervisor for mapping execution and report progress during team huddles
  • Source Relationship Management
    • Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources to understand their potential and monitor performance metrics such as LSR, SLR, and MS ratios
