Role Overview:

The Program Lead Alliances will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers of business to achieve income delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective partnership execution strategies to drive growth through business partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business partnerships with influential stakeholders.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with partners and ensure timely settlements.
  • Manage stakeholders, make informed decisions, and possess analytical skills to deliver Central Office - Channel Management outcomes.
  • Effectively manage channel facets of the business.

Core Functions:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Interface with control functions including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  • Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets via various initiatives.
  • Create engagement platforms for daily dashboarding.
  • Act as a bridge between Partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:

  • Organize regular training sessions for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in the Retail segment.
  • Bridge the Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and implement corrective measures.
