About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Growth Manager to join our team and drive adoption & engagement for our mobile app across customer segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies around new customer acquisition, driving customer value (cross-sell, win-back and transaction intensity), and shaping the digital business of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps and possess a customer-centric mindset with an eye for detail. They should also have prior experience working on campaign management tools and data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving traffic on bank's channels with an objective to increase conversion from target bases new and drive adoption among the new/existing consumers.
- Analysing user journeys to identify improvement areas to increase visitors and conversions on our platform(s).
- Working closely with Bank's product, analytics and digital marketing team for designing targeted campaigns basis customer persona and targeted digital outreach respectively.
The key responsibilities include analysing user journeys, conducting A/B testing, and owning end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Campaigns, Analytics and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting and executing strategies around new customer acquisition and driving customer value.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps.
- Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail is a must.
- Prior experience of working on campaign management tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe etc and marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer required.
- Hands on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.
