Job Overview

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving growth outcomes. As a Growth Specialist (Pre-Sales + Marketing), you will be responsible for generating demand and pre-sales efforts across various buyer and seller segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Top-of-Funnel (Marketing)
    • Develop and implement content strategies to engage with founders and brands
    • Utilize AI tools and freelancers to create SEO-focused content
    • Plan and execute webinars, events, and referral programs to drive traffic generation
    • Design and deploy tools, campaigns, and lead magnets to capture and nurture leads
  • Mid-Funnel (Lead Capture & Nurture)
    • Optimize website calls-to-action, forms, and landing pages to improve lead quality
    • Implement automation and enrichment strategies to enhance lead nurturing
    • Maintain CRM hygiene and develop effective nurture sequences via email and WhatsApp
  • Bottom-of-Funnel (Outbound + Pre-Sales)
    • Launch outbound campaigns through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
    • Qualify and pass high-intent leads to sales with relevant context and support
    • Assist sellers with onboarding and sales enablement by providing decks and materials
    Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, or growth-related roles
    • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
    • Proficiency in using design tools like Canva/Figma, spreadsheets, and automation software
    • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Notion AI
    • Able to think proactively and solve problems effectively

You will have significant ownership in shaping our growth engine, direct collaboration with the founder, and a clear path to leadership across growth functions.
