Job Title: Key Account Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Key Account Strategist. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning key accounts through proactive relationship-building and strategic planning
- Translating client goals into actionable plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contracts, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a network of qualified candidates aligned to client demand, improving time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts, flagging risks and driving resolutions
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Strong contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing expertise
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Nice to have: Managed Services Provider (MSP) / Vendor Management System (VMS) experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance, prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
