We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to drive our key clients forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in accounts management and customer success roles for software companies.

The ideal candidate will form and maintain professional relationships with our clients, analyzing data and sales statistics to translate them into a strategy.

You will be responsible for handling multiple client accounts, developing executive relationships with clients' leadership, and managing communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Handle 5-10 client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Relationship Development: Develop executive relationships with clients' leadership, building trust and credibility.
  • Communication Management: Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Business Acumen: Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and anticipated deviations, providing expert advice.
  • Revenue Growth: Accelerate partnership, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities through strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of the sales funnel and different stages, excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, and ability to analyze data and sales statistics.
