Job Summary:

This role involves managing compliance services related to accounting, TDS, GST, income tax, and ROC matters for diverse clients. The Senior Financial Compliance Specialist will review financial data, generate reports, and ensure timely submissions of returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Management: Review of financial data in TallyPrime software, preparation of MIS reports, analysis of financial statements, and generation of reports for inventory, cash flows, and monthly/quarterly profitability statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Preparation of tax calculations, challans, payments, and preparation and filing of TDS returns. Preparation and filing of ITRs for individuals, firms, trusts, and companies.
  • Secretarial Compliances: Preparation of Minutes for Board Meetings, EGM, and AGM. Periodic ROC filings. Maintaining statutory records.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar profile.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced hand with MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Computax (or other accounting/tax software).
  • Staying updated with latest changes in Company Law, Income Tax Law, and GST Law.
