Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee data changes in our HR Information System (HRIS).


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Performing and administering employee personal/job/organization data changes in HRIS.
  • Managing joiners/movers/leavers data changes in HRIS, including new hire entry, temp to perm conversions & vice versa, internal transfers, terminations, etc.
  • Maintaining HR data quality and integrity.
  • Generating HR reports and providing analytics to required stakeholders.
  • Tracking, analyzing and reporting trends in key HR metrics.

You will also be responsible for managing HR systems, processes and improvements, ensuring adherence to SLAs as agreed for the respective processes, monitoring and resolving day-to-day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant years of Oracle HCM experience.
  • A Bachelor's or equivalent education.
  • Relevant years of experience in HR shared services/operations.
  • Experience in Oracle or similar HCM.
  • Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics and reports.
  • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's/External Certifications from recognized institutes, ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently, ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently, ability to work at all levels of the HR stack - Strategic, operational, and tactical.
