Job Title: Human Resources Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead human resources operations processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Oversaw end-to-end human resources operations processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding. Implemented best practices to streamline these processes, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
  • Ensured compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies by conducting thorough risk assessments, providing training to employees, and developing compliance programs.
  • Managed and optimized HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. Collaborated with IT to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Collaborated with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR operations with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance to ensure a smooth transition and high level of job readiness.
  • Handled escalations and complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus, ensuring timely and effective resolution for employees and managers.
