
Human Resources Payroll Expert

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR systems from hire to retire data management, improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR systems from hire to retire data management, identifying opportunities to improve processes and bring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to optimize cost and minimize risk.
- Proactively ensure optimal utilization of available resources to support business-as-usual (BAU) and global HR projects.
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or MBA.
- 15-20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Operations hire to retire process, Payroll and compliance (preferably exposure to APAC countries).
- Experience handling a team of 5-10 people for 5+ years.
- Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
