Job Title: Human Resource Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role that will be responsible for owning the entire recruitment process for restaurant staff, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources professional to take on a key leadership role in our organization. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source good candidates for restaurant staff positions
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing payroll and benefits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
