As a key member of our strategy team, you will collaborate with global and local clients to design and implement agile, resilient, and data-driven operating models that align with evolving business strategies and future-of-work trends.
You will play a vital role in shaping client transformation journeys, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements in shared services design, operating model development, and organizational redesign to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategy and workforce transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business strategy into actionable operating models and transformation roadmaps to achieve desired outcomes.
- Leverage analytics and visualization tools to generate insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide expert guidance and support.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build their skills and knowledge and ensure their success.
- Strong understanding of global business services (GBS) and shared services frameworks.
- Expertise in designing target operating models (TOM) and enterprise-wide organizational structures.
- Ability to demonstrate high integrity and credibility in all interactions.
- Database management skills, including proficiency in MS Access.
- Experience in job architecture redesign and role clarity initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results.
