Senior Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing financial planning processes, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, oversee, and enforce financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals
  • Evaluate financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • CA qualification is mandatory
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
  • Experience in manufacturing/engineering organizations is a plus
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP, including IndAS accounting standards
