Strategic Leadership Position in Financial Operations

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Leader to oversee our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Multi Geo Strategy Operationalization: Develop and operationalize Multi geo strategy for the company in alliance with Sales and Marketing.
  • Financial Insights & Recommendations: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Capital Structure Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, legal filings).
  • External Liaison: Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Automation Initiatives: Identify and execute Automation for the Finance function.
  • Centre of Excellence Advisor: Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customer.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Professional Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
  • Work Experience: Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets (North America and UAE).
