As a pivotal member of our finance organization, you will play a key role in driving global financial performance and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Leader to spearhead our global finance operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, consolidations, and inter-company accounting, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial standards and their application, as well as experience in handling reconciliations and month-end close processes. They will also demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders from different global regions.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Financial Leader will also be expected to:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to build a strong and cohesive finance organization

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with reporting systems such as Oracle FCCS and PBCS would be an added advantage. Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment will also be essential for this role.
