Job Title: Finance Leadership Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Leadership Professional to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive profitable growth across the region.
  • • Oversee pricing for complex deals (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services), ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • • Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.
  • • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • • Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.
  • • Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • • Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.
  • • Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • • Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • • Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • • Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills – articulate, structured, and persuasive.

• Collaborative mindset with openness to diverse perspectives.

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and accountable.

• Strategic thinker with attention to detail in execution.

• Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at executive level.

• Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.

• Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.

• Qualified CA is mandatory

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.

• Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
