HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We seek a seasoned Human Resources and Administration professional to spearhead HR strategy and oversee operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive organisational success.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, talent onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programmes to foster a positive work culture.
  • Supervise general administration, including facilities, vendor management, and office services, to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports for informed decision making by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
