Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that include goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for development and growth.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in individual development plans and enhance overall functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the team and ensure training programs are conducted in collaboration with the corporate L&D team.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP role.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
