Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Leadership Opportunity in Human Resources

The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - Human Resources to lead our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and compliance.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR generalist role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the real estate sector.
  2. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  3. HR Policies: Craft and implement HR policies across the organisation.
  4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
  5. HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  6. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, as well as ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  7. Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle audits and reporting as needed.
