We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resources specialist. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

You will also be responsible for administering and overseeing employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. Additionally, you will implement and execute HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, as well as conducting training programs on various HR-related topics.
