This role plays a crucial part in supporting the organization's Human Resource spectrum, impacting plant deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support hiring processes for shop resources (NAPS/Contract), ensuring adherence to onboarding procedures.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge of relevant Acts and local Rules (Factories Act, CLRA, Industrial Dispute Act) to ensure 100% Statutory Compliance for the business at all times.
- Work closely with HR Managers to hire professional employees, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and onboard new hires.
- Collaborate with HR Managers to design and implement Organizational Development Interventions.
- Ensure effective onboarding induction for new employees, working with respective Functional Managers.
- Develop and maintain an E2E Learning and Development Process for all employee categories, identifying training needs, maintaining training calendars, evaluating, and assessing training effectiveness.
- Closely work with HR Managers on matters related to Employee Relations/Public Relations.
- Support HR Managers in resolving Grievance Redressal/Conflict Management/Domestic Enquiries, etc.
- Monitor performance evaluation processes for hourly employees.
- Coordinate committee functioning and work with respective committees to enhance employee engagement.
- Establish and drive Engagement & Community Support Plans to achieve Sustainability Goals.
- Communicate effectively with global and corporate stakeholders.
- Oversee contract employees (Security/HKP/Garden).
- Track admin expenses, create purchase requests, procure indirect materials, and ensure accuracy of invoices from suppliers.
- Maintain employee hygiene calendars.
- Manage visitor hospitality.
- Liaise with government authorities on statutory compliance matters.
- Contribute to EHS-related initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- MA PMIR/ MSW/ MHRM/ MBA in HR
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources; minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment is a must
Skills:
- Understanding of applicable local and country laws, labor laws, Organization Development Interventions, Concept of HRM
