Job Title: Human Resource Professional

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Human Resource Professional to lead our HR Operations team. This key role will be responsible for delivering various HR functions and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes, ensuring seamless transitions of new employees into the organization.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR systems and databases to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide expert guidance and support in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Foster open communication channels with employees, addressing queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, providing actionable feedback to drive employee growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
