Job Title

A key member of our global HR function is looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead a team of HR systems specialists and support global HR and payroll/time systems.

About the Role

  • Build and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional HR systems support across the globe.
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Cultivate leadership skills by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members through performance management.
  • Evaluate and implement robust security controls and documentation to meet governance standards and requirements.
  • Guide the team in planning and prioritizing tasks to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR systems, HR technology, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll/time systems like Workday, Dayforce, SAP HR, Concur Travel Management.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a people leader with a focus on global HR and payroll/time systems technical support operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic global context.
  • Familiarity with key HR system modules including HCM (employee life cycle), payroll, workforce management, compensation & benefit, recruitment, and talent management is highly preferred.
