Human Resources Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources leader to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in HR to take on a strategic role in building our company's culture and people strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources principles, policies, and procedures. They will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, managing employee performance, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Lead performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategy aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
