Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources Operations and Compliance team in India and APAC Regions.

  • The successful candidate will oversee HR Operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • They will serve as the subject matter expert on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management alike.
  • In addition, they will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, collaborating with other COE Leaders and HR Business Partners to implement processes and systems that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Implement, manage, and maintain HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, guidelines, and laws regarding employment practices.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of 3 Employees and 2 Contractors, guiding them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting employee growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in an HR operations role, with a solid understanding of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mentality.

  • Experience managing a global team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
