Human Resources Leader

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, ensuring seamless integration of company policies and processes.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires exceptional leadership skills to coordinate with founders and stakeholders to design and implement company policies and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal HRMS, payroll activities, and conducting regular audits for statutory compliances.

In addition, they will collaborate with founders and stakeholders to define and build the company culture, address people-related grievances, and conduct mental health checks through one-on-one conversations.


Key Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Function: Overall understanding and knowledge of the Human Resources function to effectively manage HR operations.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve business objectives.
  • Openness to Learning: Openness to new learning opportunities within the company to enhance knowledge and skills.
