Job Title: Human Resources Leader

Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned and accomplished human resources expert to oversee all aspects of our HR operations.

This role entails managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and collaborate with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth and advancement.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
