Job Title: Strategic Leadership and Commercial Insights Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Leadership and Commercial Insights professional to lead our sales performance frameworks and commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational goals and the ability to translate complex sales data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sales performance frameworks and commercial strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Translate complex sales data into strategic insights to inform leadership decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, predictive models, and KPIs to monitor sales health and pipeline hygiene
  • Oversee India Sales Operations hygiene and rigor, ensuring robust data governance
  • Champion continuous improvement of CRM data quality, pipeline management, and territory design
  • Lead initiatives to automate reporting and streamline sales processes using advanced analytics and technology tools
  • Drive analytics-led GTM planning including customer segmentation and account potential calibration
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in sales operations, commercial excellence, or sales analytics roles, preferably in complex B2B environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or related quantitative fields
  • An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and advanced data analytics techniques
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools is a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data insights into impactful business strategies
  • Experience supporting revenue growth through strategic sales enablement
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment
