Job Opportunity

This role involves leading the development and execution of a corporate engagement and HR strategy portfolio that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop workforce planning strategies in collaboration with corporate central functions.
  • Drive talent acquisition by sharing talent needs with the relevant stakeholders and supporting interviews and selection processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle activities such as confirmation, internal transfer, job rotation, and extensions.
  • Support talent management by co-creating individual development plans and strengthening succession pipelines.
  • Implement HR policies and processes, including institutionalizing company vision, mission, goals, and running periodical workshops.
  • Cordinate new strategic initiatives, track progress, and own closure of gaps.
  • Drive annual talent nutrition index and drive annual training plans for corporate functions.
  • Support site functional leaders in leadership development/capability building.
  • Work with site's functional leaders to evolve employee capability/competency/skill building plans.
  • Implement company-wide and site-specific learning and development programs.
  • Carry out onboarding and ensure due onboarding is carried out per plan.
  • Enhance employee experience and employee engagement by identifying touch points, assessing effectiveness, and improving them against set targets.
