Position: Manager Talent Acquisition (US Healthcare Hiring)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our organization as Manager Talent Acquisition, with a specialized focus on US Healthcare hiring. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment strategies, leading teams, and fulfilling complex hiring mandates within the US Healthcare domain.

This role is best suited for individuals currently designated as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager, who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations, mentoring a team of recruiters, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in US Healthcare hiring to lead and scale our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities to drive hiring excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare roles across multiple verticals
  • Strategize and execute hiring plans to meet business demands and SLAs
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing recruitment team
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to forecast hiring needs
  • Implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain recruitment metrics
  • Drive process improvements and leverage recruitment tools and analytics

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong expertise in US Healthcare hiring (RCM, coding, billing, etc.)
  • Proven team handling experience (minimum 5+ recruiters)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Currently working at the designation of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager
