About the Role

We're not just hiring- we're building products that matter. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a critical role in shaping the teams behind our growing suite of product companies under Nuivio. You won't just help us hire great talent you'll be part of the journey of scaling a product-first ecosystem that's constantly pushing boundaries.

You'll work across all our product companies, and yes, that includes Talentou - our AI-powered recruitment technology platform that's built to flip traditional hiring on its head. The exciting part? You'll not only help us hire the people who bring these products to life, but also contribute feedback and insights that help shape Talentou's features for recruiters everywhere.

This role is ideal for someone who's hungry to learn fast, own end-to-end hiring, and grow into a bigger role as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Run end-to-end recruitment for both technical and business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define, refine, and chase top talent personas.
  • Build out-of-the-box sourcing strategies - from LinkedIn to creative outreach campaigns.
  • Drive employer branding campaigns to showcase not just our culture, but also the products we're building.
  • Support campus and diversity hiring programs to expand our reach.
  • Track hiring metrics, experiment with strategies, and keep pushing the envelope on speed + quality.
  • Collaborate with our product leadership teams to feed hiring insights that influence the design of Talentou and beyond.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Product / Software companies.
  • A proven track record in hiring across tech and business roles.
  • Comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing hacks.
  • A storyteller's flair is able to sell our mission, products, and culture to candidates.
