Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Manager to oversee end-to-end management of influencer campaigns for our in-house talent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in executing and analyzing full-scale campaigns. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery and closure of campaigns, aligning with both client objectives and talent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and optimize schedules for influencers, ensuring timely participation in brand deals, events, and public appearances.
  • Logistics Oversight: Coordinate all logistics for shoots and events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Content Oversight: Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and adheres to legal and ethical standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Client Liaison: Understand client requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable strategies for influencers.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and other industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership opportunities.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts for endorsements and collaborations, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Brand Alignment: Strategize PR activities and ensure consistent public representation of influencers, aligning with brand values and messaging.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze the results of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and outcomes to stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–7 years in a talent management role, preferably within the influencer marketing or entertainment industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, with a track record of securing favorable terms in contracts and collaborations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape, including emerging trends, platforms, and best practices.
