Job Overview

This role involves leading the delivery of a Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Program, which requires coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will oversee the project's execution, risk management, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting; manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively; maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests and help manage user transition from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking Adoption metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience; PMP Certification preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME Experience in Procurement Processes.
  • Understanding of Integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
