Senior IT Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Strategist to spearhead our digital transformation endeavors in the manufacturing sector. As a seasoned IT leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic IT strategy that supports business growth.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, encompassing Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and innovation initiatives across plants and corporate functions.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity, IT compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing IT team while managing vendors and service providers.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15-20 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/automotive, with at least 5+ years in senior roles.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
