We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives. This individual will ensure stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and ready for change by coordinating activities, crafting communications, and developing training materials.

This is a contract role with an initial duration of 4 months and is renewable. We are looking for a passionate professional who can maintain the organization's Knowledge intranet site, gather and analyze stakeholder feedback, monitor and track communication reach, engagement, and change adoption, and draft clear and concise content tailored to different business audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting change activities for multiple digital transformation projects across the enterprise.
  • Maintaining and updating the organization's Knowledge intranet site.
  • Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in change management, change communication, & instructional design, preferably in multi-business or consulting environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics.
  • Instructional design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools.

Preferred candidates will have high emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures, strong project planning and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
