Lead Digital Transformation

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation programs.

This position assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing full project management life cycles for implementing complex IT and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions and present trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  3. Communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Define project plans, KRAs, and processes with stakeholders.
  5. Communicate project status across teams and departments.
  6. Maintain project momentum and resolve issues.
  7. Conduct project reviews according to process/structure.
  8. Provide subject matter expertise on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  9. Develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  10. Ensure teams have necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources.
  11. Lead and motivate team members to their optimum performance levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology.
  • Ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
