Job Title: Master Planning Expert

As a highly skilled Master Planning Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' visions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will be responsible for overseeing in-house planning requirements, providing critical input on project scope and feasibility, and coordinating the development of comprehensive master plans.

You will review and refine plan documents to ensure accuracy and quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure plan implementation and compliance, support project documentation and administration tasks, and adhere to established guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication
  • Oversee in-house planning requirements and provide critical input on project scope and feasibility
  • Coordinate the development of comprehensive master plans
  • Review and refine plan documents for accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure plan implementation and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Prior work experience of 8 to 10 years in urban planning, preferably in private residential developments
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage
  • Excellent command over English and local language with interpersonal skills
