We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team.
- Develop innovative landscape designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to create integrated design solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution.
- 8-12 years of experience in landscape consultancy and real estate development.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working on high-rise residential and commercial developments.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping techniques and certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED).
