Urban Planning Professional Opportunity

Job Overview:

As an Urban Planner at our organization, you will be responsible for conducting research on planning trends, policies, and market conditions to support project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliverables Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Site Assessments: Gather essential information to support planning proposals.
  • Liaison with Colleagues: Ensure seamless communication with colleagues.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Be available to work flexible late hours to align with the schedule.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment, graphics firm, or advertising agency.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of current planning best practice and sustainable development.

Additionally, we welcome candidates with prior work experience in urban planning, property sector, or proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD.
