**Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive**

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in IT business development and online bidding, with a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and building lasting client relationships. They will also optimize and maintain company profiles across bidding platforms, conduct market and competitor research, and negotiate terms and close deals.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
