The designation for this role is Senior Associate & Asst. Manager.

This position requires working from the office only.

About the Job:

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to discuss progress and goals.

Liaise between customers and the company to ensure up-to-date information about services, pricing, and new product launches.

Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

Increase business opportunities through various marketing channels and strategies.

Achieve aggressive sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

Continuously follow up with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

BUILD AND RETAIN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS FOR THEIR REQUIREMENTS.

WE ARE LOOKING TO EMPLOY A HIGHLY DRIVEN ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER TO ASSIST THE SALES MANAGER WITH THE DAY-TO-DAY RUNNING OF OUR STORE.

The assistant sales manager responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the sales manager.

To be successful as an assistant sales manager, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines. Ultimately, a top-performing assistant sales manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.

Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

Monitor the performance of the sales team to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Maintain good working relationships with customers.

Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Regularly attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Ensure the store is adequately stocked with company products.

Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum graduate degree with sales experience.

2. 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

3. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Estimated salary: ₹25K - ₹50K per month + incentives.
