**Technical Support Professional Wanted**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Client Success, providing Tier-2 client support for software technical issues and working alongside the Engineering department to debug and resolve these problems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners
- Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team, primarily based in India
- Assist QA lead with QA activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team
- Engage with internal and external customers to quickly identify the root of their problem
- Propose workarounds to customers when fixes will take time to be released
- Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback
- Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Contribute procedural documentation as needed
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
- Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time)
- Experience in tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces
- Familiarity with Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS
- Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Knowledge of ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and verbal communication
