Job Title: Oracle Technical Support - Sales & Distribution

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Oracle Technical Support Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and assistance to customers utilizing our Oracle EBS platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, with a focus on multiple modules within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or online platforms.

• Troubleshoot production issues across various Oracle EBS layers and implement effective resolutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS features and functionality.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support.

• Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules.

• Familiarity with SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
